Dizzee Rascal is the hip-hop sensation of 2003 in England. His debut album, *Boy In Da Corner*, received rave reviews across the board and earned him the coveted Mercury Prize. Mike “The Streets” Skinner may not be the only one who sees Dizzee Rascal as the future of UK hip-hop/garage, but he’s certainly in a position to know.
