Celebrating the 92nd birthday of the recently deceased music legend: eight of Quincy's most famous albums for the first time as audiophile SHM CDs (original Japanese imports with Obi strips). SHM CDs use a special pressing material that ensures improved transparency and sound definition.

The swinging masterpiece “This Is How I Feel About Jazz” was Jones’ first full-length album as a bandleader. He arranged and conducted three recording sessions during September 1956, each with a different line-up, from a nonet to a fifteen-piece big band. Musicians include legends such as Charles Mingus, Art Farmer, Phil Woods, Milt Jackson, Zoot Sims, and Herbie Mann.
