Your order will be sent out as soon as all items are on stock. Items marked as “Available for immediate delivery” usually will be sent out within 24 hours. With ‘Fragments’, Bonobo – aka Simon Green – releases the most emotionally intense record he has ever produced – so it comes as no surprise that he also regards it as his magnum opus. The album features Jamila Woods, Joji, Kadhja Bonet, Jordan Rakei, O’Flynn and Miguel Atwood-Ferguson. The album initially emerged from fragments of ideas and experiments and was eventually pieced together in a burst of creativity fuelled by both collaboration and Green’s escape into the wilderness.
As one of the biggest names in dance music, Green can look back on three Grammy nominations and 2 million tickets sold for the tour of his 2017 album, “Migration”. “Migration” was a top-ten album in several countries, a top-five album in the UK, reached number 11 on the German album charts and was Billboard’s number one dance album in the US. He is also a popular mainstage performer at the world’s biggest music festivals. 

“Fragments” is a series of twelve sonic confessions featuring some of the hardest-hitting and most danceable grooves Green has ever created. The ballads are perfectly placed; they capture a world in flux and glow with hope. Teasing out the ideas required some hard work at first. Green, who is constantly on tour, works best when he is on the move; consequently, the global standstill forced him into a personal standstill.
