Janis Joplin – Greatest Hits brings together key recordings by one of the most influential voices of late-60s blues rock and psychedelic rock. The album traces Janis Joplin’s evolution from Big Brother & The Holding Company to her solo career and distills her raw, expressive vocal style into a condensed form. On vinyl, this collection offers a focused glimpse into her cultural influence and her role within the counterculture of that era. For collectors, *Greatest Hits* remains a documentary testament to her brief yet enduring career.
