Ghost Stories showcases the band’s more subdued and introspective side. This album blends atmospheric pop with subtle electronic elements and focuses on personal themes such as loss, change, and new beginnings. Within Coldplay’s discography, Ghost Stories stands as a deliberately stripped-down counterpoint to their large-scale stadium productions, and its dense, finely nuanced soundscape unfolds particularly impressively on vinyl.
