Coldplay’s Mylo Xyloto marks a turning point in the band’s evolution, blending catchy alternative rock anthems with electronic influences and a conceptual approach. Released in 2011, the album combines dynamic stadium sounds with a colorful, atmospheric production and features standout tracks such as “Paradise” and “Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall.” On vinyl, Mylo Xyloto unfolds its rich soundscape in a particularly balanced way and remains an important work in Coldplay’s discography as well as a defining contribution to modern pop-rock of the 2010s.
