    Release date: August 28, 2026

Interpol release »This Mirror Weighs a Ton«, their first album in four years and their debut for Partisan Records. Produced with Andrew Wyatt and mixed by Dave Fridmann, the album expands Interpol’s signature sound with synthesizers, strings, acoustic guitars and additional percussion while preserving the band’s precise tension and atmospheric focus. Moving through reflection, distortion and perception, the record presents Paul Banks, Daniel Kessler and Sam Fogarino in an evolved yet unmistakably Interpol form.
