Charli XCX's Crash marks the culmination of her transformation from experimental hyperpop to a brilliantly produced pop monolith full of energy, self-confidence, and 80s glamour. The tracks sound particularly powerful on vinyl—with warm bass, detailed production, and a pulsating sound that is even more intense on record. A key moment in Charli XCX's career and a must-have for collectors of modern pop avant-garde.
