    Release date: November 4, 2008

“Just Ain’t Gonna Work Out” by Mayer Hawthorne is a modern soul classic and the artist’s debut release on Stones Throw Records. The 7" vinyl single (EAN 0659457702816) blends warm retro soul with modern hip-hop influences, drawing comparisons to Smokey Robinson and the sample-driven style of J Dilla.

With Hawthorne’s signature falsetto vocals and a laid-back groove, the track became an instant favorite among fans of soul, funk, and contemporary R&B. This special edition is pressed on red heart-shaped vinyl, making it a standout collectible for vinyl enthusiasts and DJs alike.
