Release date: June 28, 2019

With Let’s Rock, The Black Keys deliberately return to a stripped-down, guitar-driven sound in 2019, reconnecting with their early garage rock roots. Following a lengthy hiatus, the album marks a phase of realignment in the duo’s body of work, characterized by compact song structures and a direct production style. Somewhere between blues rock and classic rock ’n’ roll, a dry, analog-sounding tone unfolds, which comes across particularly clearly on vinyl. For collectors, this represents a deliberately stripped-down chapter in The Black Keys’ discography.
